RETAILERS: Product returns follow a different policy which is available from your account manager. Please contact them about our returns and inventory rebalancing program.
Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
To initiate a return:
We will review your request and approve your return within 24 hours.
To send product back:
If approved customers are responsible for paying the return shipping on the product. If you are returning because of a quality issue, this requirement may be waived by our customer service team. If you are exchanging a product, the replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
If it's been longer than 30 days:
Call our customer service team at 1-877-383-3344 and we will assist you. There may be something we can do to help you out.
