Refund policy

1. Purpose
This policy outlines the process and conditions under which distributors may return products or request credit for product returns, stock balancing or damaged goods.

2. General Return Policy
Eligibility: Returns are only accepted from with approval from Resurrection Games Customer Service Team
Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Exclusive products, limited editions, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

3. Damaged Goods / Missing Parts Policy
You must notify Resurrection Games within 45 days of the original delivery date if game pieces are damaged or missing.
Resolution Options:

  • Replacement of damaged items.
  • Refund (if agreed upon in advance).
  • We reserve the right to request the return of damaged items before issuing replacements or credit.

4. Return Authorization (RMA) Process

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Distributors must contact returns@resgames.ca to obtain an RMA before shipping any items.
  • RMA numbers must be clearly marked on all return packaging.
  • Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or subject to delays.

5. Shipping & Handling of Returns
You will be responsible for return shipping of damaged goods requiring a return.
RG is not responsible for lost or damaged returns — please use a traceable shipping method.

6. Credit & Refunds

  • Approved credits are processed within 60 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Credit can be applied to future orders
  • Refunds (where applicable) are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
