Missing or Damaged Components

Sometimes we make mistakes. If you have received a game that is missing or damaged pieces, use this form to let us know within 60 days of making your purchase.
If we have the ability to replace what is missing we will attempt to do so. Please note that not all requests will be able to be completed based on available inventory.
Sometimes things just get lost. Even if you've had a game for a long time, we may still be able to help. Send in your request and include the details of what you need and our team will review your request.
