Place your order as you would any other product. You will receive an order confirmation with an anticipated shipping date.
As that date gets closer, you will continue to receive updates on availability and estimated timing. Preorders are always shipped in the order they are received.
You will receive periodic updates from our team on the status of any pre-order. These typically include details about where we are at in the manufacturing process, when orders will be fulfilled and anything else about the orders.

Yes. You may request a refund for any pre-order by calling our customer service line at 1-877-383-3344.
Some products are automatically restocked. Ideally this happens without you even noticing. But sometimes you can place a preorder for the next available printing of a product.
Please note that FP (first printing products) and LE (limited edition products) will not be reprinted. If a product is available for pre-order at the next printing, this information will be noted on the product details page.
We are still a growing publisher, so we manage our inventory levels pretty closely. When you place a preorder, you are helping us to plan the amount of inventory we need to keep in stock.
Customers who place pre-orders get those orders filled in advance of other requests including retailers — except in the case of retail exclusive products.
Sometimes, because we appreciate you, and we aren't running crowdfunding, we include special bonuses like upgraded components or limited edition rewards for our supporters.
Subscribe here for updates about our organized play programs. Not all games have organized play, but those that do are pretty awesome.
Our organized play program includes prize support for retailers which are available for purchase in your retail portal or through your distributor.

Becoming a member of the faithful is a great way to get access to large conventions and keeping up-to-date with RG's latest projects. You sometimes even get early access to games that are in development.

In Canada and the USA we ship direct-to-retail within 3 business days.

We’re happy to help with changes if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Our warehouse makes every attempt to ship orders within 2 hours of being placed. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make modifications. We do allow returns and can ship you additional items if you missed something.
We accept payments in multiple currencies. Your local currency will usually display automatically based on your location. At checkout, you’ll see the available currency options before completing your order.
Some products may be exclusives, limited edition or otherwise not available for online sales. Unfortunately this means that they won't appear on our website.

Because many of our products involved licensing agreements with the owners of the characters and stories we base our games on, not all agreements include global sales.

Collectibility is one of the pillar on which we build our games. For this reason, we build this into the core design of every product. We know that many people won't care, but if you are one of the ones that do this is how you can tell:
Every product has a product code — typically next to the barcode that starts with the letters RGC.
RGC-XX#####FP25 → This product is a first printing and it was manufactured in 2025.
FP = First Printed Version
R# = Revision # (second print runs are always R1)
LE = Limited Edition or Retail Exclusive
Yes! All customer in Canada and the USA orders greater than $100 are eligible for free shipping. Your discounted shipping rate is automatically applied during checkout.
Our shipping rates are based on what we are charged directly from the carriers. We update the rates regularly to reflect changes in the market.
Yes! Customer orders in the US and Canada can be placed with express shipping at a higher fee.
Please note that orders larger than 10kg are not eligible for express shipping.
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location, and you’ll see the exact options available at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Please note that not all products are available for international sale. We will contact you about your order if there is any concerns with availability.
It depends on the order type:
Preorders: Are filled in the order they are received as soon as the inventory is available in our warehouse.
Instock Orders: Our warehouse works to ship orders that are in-stock within 2 hours of the order being received.
Retail Orders: Our warehouse works to ship all B2B orders to our retailers within 3 business days. We always work to get the best possible rate for our retailers. If you place an order with your own carrier, we can ship on the same day.
Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
To initiate a return:
We will review your request and approve your return within 24 hours.
To send product back:
If approved customers are responsible for paying the return shipping on the product. If you are returning because of a quality issue, this requirement may be waived by our customer service team. If you are exchanging a product, the replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
If it's been longer than 30 days:
Call our customer service team at 1-877-383-3344 and we will assist you. There may be something we can do to help you out.
